It depends on what you purchased. While Photo packages offer a same-day turnaround time, most items like videos or iGuides can take a few days to be returned. Carefully read our booking page for each service's average turnaround time. 

If you require an escalated turnaround time, please contact our team for support

The Photic difference is our commitment to you, our client. Our work is tried and trusted by dozens of agents and home owners across Ontario. Photos and videos guaranteed to help you sell your home more quickly.

Our team will meet you or the property representative at the front door to be allowed entry into the unit. Our team will take 5-15 minutes to setup. 

  • Please ensure all pets are put away into a room that won't be shot
  • Make sure the home is clean and shoot-ready by the time we arrive. Delays in shoot may result in additional time fees added to your bill
  • We shoot rain or shine

We all love pets. But we ask that pets be kept out of the house, or stored safely in a room we won't be shooting in. This ensure safety for everyone the day of.

Good question. It depends on the nature of the issue.

  • We do not offer free reshoots as a result of weather conditions
  • We do not offer a reshoot due to house cleanliness, pet disturbance, or other on-site factors outside our control
  • If you are unhappy with the final product contact our team via a complaint form for next steps
  • If our team missed a room or requested angle, contact our team for support and a potential reshoot
